just for today, I will get my steps in, drink water, and stick to the lunch I brought with me instead of going out. So far so good on the water and the steps!

I am totally new to this. Never struggled with weight at any time in my life, however at age 43 I am uncomfortable with my weight, my physical ability, and my appearance.
