I find that if I cheat, I lose a day of getting to my goal. Maybe 2 days, or even 3, if my weight goes up. And I feel guilty. And I dread getting on the scale the next morning. And I lose sleep over it. Sugar free candy works for me.

No question about it ... MFP is Fantastic. Previously, I was flying blind. Eating the wrong foods, thinking I was going to lose weight. Vegetables are ALWAYS good for you, right? Wrong! On my old typewriter, there was no numeral 1 ; I learned to use the letter "L" -- lower case, of course. :smile:
