Sometimes I'll see very similar weight for a couple days then BAM big drop. Prob just the fluctuations. Keep it up bro. You are going to have another big drop in the next few days. Believe

Perhaps I'm not well versed in what eating clean means. I cook almost everyday, and do not eat vegan nor gluten free. I simply think of nonprocessed foods like cheetos, snickers, stouflers lasagna, etc

If you disagree on the calories, that's fine. But couldn't disagree with you more on eating clean. I've found I eat less when eating non processed foods and have had far better energy than I have had in a long time. You can also eat larger portions of non-processed foods as they are typical less caloric dense. It's also…

Losing weight, at first at least, is more about diet than exercise. I've had a foot issue and had to temper off running and am down nearly 20lbs. The key is food. Try to eat clean and avoid processed crap and your taste buds will change. Drop down to 1,400 cal and you will see immediate weight loss

Just weigh yourself tomorrow and keep going forward. See how you feel after looking at scale vs how you felt during the binge? Was it with it. Try and figure out how your me days are not such big splurges.

I've also had a different experience. Since beginning dieting, I've cut out al sodas, processed foods, and most refined grains. I used to never eat vegetables / fruit and am finding so much flavor / richness in food I used to find dull.

Those are your snacks. Try vodka soda with two lines or gin and diet tonic with a lime. Your snack in the AM sounds big and…

You are eating more than 1,200 calories. You said you scan all your food. Do you do any cooking or is it all prepackaged / pre made? I cook most my food and have lost a fair amount I. A month. What exactly are you eating over past two days?

Energy levels have been good actually. The hardest part has been sleeping as I'm typically a bit hungry when I go to bed. I've been finally working out again and just up to 3 miles at a 11 min pace. It's slow, but on my way. Perhaps, I'll up the cals a tad, but it's the best feeling in the world to get on the scale and see…
