I'm current shredding for my march wedding. Weighed in this AM at less than 200 for the first time in a long time! Was a thrill to see that. I've lost 22 lbs and got another 35ish to go. Starting to fit into old pants and loss noticeable. I just got a little too comfortable In life. Won't happen again!
