When several people asked me if I was pregnant, that's when I knew I had put on too much. That and most of my shirts no longer cover my entire stomach. :p

I did one a year or two ago! It was pretty fun, and you don't have to worry about running the entire thing. The one I went to had a 'walking side' and a 'running side'. I switched back and forth as I needed. Also what Alatariel75 says is true. They are rather packed, making fast running near impossible.

I put on 50 pounds in 3 months at the end of 2014 :( One year and three months since I hit 'peak', I've lost 23 pounds and I want to lose another 20.

Thank you guys so much for the ideas! That chia pudding looks good, and I like the idea of protein shakes. I'm pretty rooted in 'traditional' breakfast ideas, so thinks like burgers or pot roast don't sound particularly appealing for breakfast, but I'll try to expand my idea of 'breakfast'! Thanks again so much. <3

Just finished day five! I'm going on vacation so we'll see if I manage to work out during that time (probably not...) but I'll be back to this asap!

It's one video per day, and I think on the first video they have a link to a calendar that shows you which video to do each day.

I'm going to try some BeFiT videos I found on youtube. I have tried Zumba! I like it quite a bit, so I might try some of that too. Thanks for the good wishes. <3

Well, today was my last day doing this workout. The jumping jacks and butt kicks are too hard on my shins, which are in constant pain now for the last few days. I'm not going to injure myself, so I'm going to have to find a new workout. Good luck to everyone else who is still going! <3

Oh man, I am feeling not having exercised for three days. My shins are killing me, I couldn't finish circuit three! :(

I leave for a trip on the 27th, so I'm going to try and get through level one before then! I'm halfway, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I hope posting here will keep me accountable!

Just finished day five. I've been alternating with parapara so I'm not on a 30 day pace. :p

Just finished day 4. I was able to do the butt kicks today! Overall the thing is getting easier, I just hope when I switch to lvl 2 in 6ish days that it's not as hard as starting lvl 1 was.

Agreed! Like other people are saying, moderation is key. Admittedly though I am having trouble with soda. I'm not trying to eliminate it, just not drink it everyday like I am currently doing. :p

I skipped last night because I was hurting so much from the previous two days, but I feel much better today and plan to get back to it! Hopefully I can do more than two days in a row before needing a break. :P

Just finished day two. It was easier, but I also hurt more than yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I don't hurt as much. :P
