So I just started running recently, too. It's taken me several months and c25k to be able to run 20m straight and I do it at a 13m/mile pace, which is slooooooow. Decided to go for a run this evening after work with my hubby. It was challenging but good! 2.2 miles. So let's make it easy and round up to 22/30.

Surprisingly enough, one of my favorite bras came from Lane Bryant. They sized me, they helped me try several on and the one I took home is fantastic. I was a 38dd. I'm a bit smaller now but haven't been sized since my loss. It still works well. I run and have done Insanity with it. Great bras and awesome staff.

For me, I did Insanity and while I enjoyed it, I found that I liked the gym more. I like the sense of accomplishment in my every day workout- I ran a full mile today without stopping or I increased my weight for bicep curls or squats, whatever the case may be -as opposed to feeling like every workout goes the same with…

For some reason, my ticker isn't working today, so I did 2.5 miles today on the treadmill which brings me to 19.65/30. I don't think I'm going to make my goal, but that's okay!

For me, it's about moderation. I have never been one who gained weight from day to day eating. I'm not terribly worried about maintenance. Personally what I do for marinades or sauces or whatever is if it's something I drizzle over top, I log what I use (a tablespoon or whatever) but if it's a marinade or a liquid I cook in, I just log it.
