  • Go to bodybuilding.com and look up Erin Stern. Her four week program is great! I recently hurt my knee so I've been focusing on upper body. It's a great workout. Any leg exercises that don't involve your knee? I can't do squats ,lunges or leg press. Any tips?

  • AmeliaJane90- I'm eating 1200-1300 on my off days. I know I need to eat more when I'm working out. I'm starving right now, (An off day) but afraid to eat because I don't wanna go over my goal. I'm also eating the same thing all the time. I'm getting bored. Do you have any plans I can look at?
