Im 52... I just found out about MFP last night as I got a "Fitbit" and read that this site helps with calculating your food... and uploads to fitbit. I am in my last couple of days of 21 day Fix. I LOVED IT. I have lost 4 lbs... but I have noticed my abs and arms and legs/ butt getting much firmer... jeans not as tight. I do the Shakeology too... that is IMO the best...as it is very satisfying... and sometimes I have it in the PM as a dessert after dinner. The food was…
