Hi... New Here... wanting to learn how the MFP food entries work.
Hi I am just finishing the 21 day fix... and got a fitbit. I read that MFP allows you to sync your food to Fitbit... How does one enter your food? do you input "lettuce" "Chicken" etc... individually? Or if I am using containers from 21 day fix do I enter 1400 calories and leave it at that... inputing each item seem a bit…
