I’ve been aiming for 1,000-1,400. I guess I’ll try not to beat myself up if it’s closer to 1,500. And that way maybe I’ll have some kind of treat to prevent over eating. I have been trying to cut out treats—since most are such a huge calorie suck :/

I think it might be a lateral pull down. The pictures have a bar, but the machine had two holds to pull down. But the positioning looks the same.

It isn't tricep either, your arms are fully extended up when you pull down. (At least I'm learning these names now lol) I follow the diagram on the machine, and I've seen others use it... I like spicy food do I do a bunch of sriracha or at least Louisiana hot sauce with a squirt of Italian salad dressing. That mixture is also super yummy over fresh spinach leaves :D
