  • The only thing it does for me to help with weight loss is gives me something to drink instead of soda when I don't feel like drinking plain water.
  • I drink just about every weekend. It affected my weight loss a lot actually but since switching to using sprite zero or mio/water as a mix instead of Mountain Dew or coke, I haven't had any issues with drinking affecting my ability to lose weight and keep it off.

  • I just move on and do better the next day. Sometimes I add in a little more exercise just because it makes me feel less guilty. And I'm sure dancing burned some extra calories too! I always remember being so sore the day after I was out dancing!!
