I have a treadmill, exercise bike, jump rope, some weighted velcro bands,and Light weight Dumbbells and I also have some that i can take off/add more onto. I have basically no knowledge of exercises using weights but I think I definitely should try to learn more about it.

I'm really not sure.. It's been so long since I've seen my hip bones! But i do think that a lot of what is there is fat. I can feel my hip bones but they're just covered by fat or whatever it is there.

I suppose i wouldn't have to eat every calorie if I had it at lightly active or I could keep it at sedentary and just eat back a portion of my exercise calories. My steps do go onto MFP automatically from my iPhone but I don't carry it every single time I get up to walk across the house for something and occasionally leave it at home. I'm hoping to get a Fitbit this week to more accurate calculate my step count.

My fiancé was able to cut down on soda a lot by replacing it with the mio with caffeine. I cut it out easily but I found that I like lipton diet green tea with citrus when I want something other than water.
