  • I started on September 12th at 245. Today is October 15th and I'm at 228.6. So in 33 days I've lost 16.4lbs. I went from a size 22W to a comfortable size 20 already!
  • I have been taking Krav Maga courses once a week and I just got a Fitbit and upped my steps from 3500 to 8000 a day. Next is 10,000! Once I'm out of school I'm going to do kickboxing and Krav during the summer months.
