  • I am diabetic and chose to maintain a reduced carb diet, about 60g Carbs/Day. This keeps my blood sugar levels under control. Along with a 1200 calorie diet I've lost a considerable amount of weight. Low carb can be great but don't eliminate them. Do what works for you :smile:
  • I've lost almost 60 lbs since joining in 2012 got 40 more to go! Just remember it won't happen over night or maybe even this year but every lb is progress and every healthy decision is a step in the right direction. Good luck and keep moving, hold your head high!
