  • 5'5" 145, my bone structure is thick. I was supposed to get to 6' but health issues stunted my growth. Used to be 5'8", lost 3" in pregnancy.
  • Im a little confused actually. Arent you supposed to eat whatever weight yiu want x10 in cals. So if she wants to be 130 shouldn't she eat 1300/day? If she is eating 1750 but weighs 151lbs, isnt that set to gain weight?
  • Hi! Also preg w 3rd. Also overweight lol. I gained 80lbs w both of my first 2 pregs. I wasn't paying any attention to what I was eating. But i'm determined to be healthy in this one. Ive lost 120lbs since my last preg so i think im in a good place to keep the healthy habits going.
  • Its generally 250-300 extra/day per child you are carrying. This is if yur bmi is in a healthy range and after the first trimester. First trimester eat as normal but do not eat less than 1200 cals/day. Also pregnant. Have done a buttload of research. ☺

Generally, if you start out in your ideal bmi range, your cals don't go up until 2nd trimester and the increase depends on how many babies you are having. Normally 250-300/baby. Do not restrict…

Second pregnancy, started 220, ended 300, again, didn't eat right at all. 3rd (i am 4 wks, very early), starting at 185, have lost 5lbs. I have been on a long journey of losing weight w fitness and clean eating so I'm much more…
  • Totally understand. My husband is diabetic too but still doesn't take his health seriously. I gained 20 lbs the first few months of marriage and still can't seem to get them off because when he makes something or gets something out I feel bad saying thanks but no thanks. And he has been talking about starting 2 work out…
