Interesting that most of you do daily weigh-ins. Generally, I weigh once/week which works well for me. I'd get discouraged with daily fluctuations. Bought a WIthings Body Analyzer Smart scale which I really like. It charts everything automatically and uploads to MFP. I can get a quick look at graph of how BMI is se…

My NSV came the other day as needed better fitting lingerie. So excited to see that I've gone down four sizes! Woot! The scale number of 46 pounds is translating into visible results! Gonna keep pressing on even though injury still isn't allowing me to work out.

Arditarose, I must have beaten the odds then because my weight loss was solidly linear for 16 consecutive weeks! :) I ride my bike, energetically, for 30-60 minutes/day. Yes, I understand measuring tapes - grinning here. I've gone down over two sizes in almost four months. Yup, I think I did mention I know the scales…

MFP changed mine once (from 1360 down to 1200). Am set for 2lb/week, and was losing 2.5 - 3lb/wk at higher calorie level. Didn't make sense to further limit my calories to the base level of 1200 when 1360 was bringing great results, so I manually adjusted it to 1360, and continue to lose avg of 2lb/wo.
