Im sorry. Some people are just cruel. Honestly I would make him feel bad, and tell him how he makes you feel and leave you alone. He's a jerk and you have no obligations to treat him nice just because you make money in the same place. If your boss doesnt understand and his behavior doesnt stop, call HR and make a complaint.

Your body's gotten used to whatever you're doing and you need to shake things up. Are you exercising? My input is you need to eat some complex carbs to give your body energy, do more intense cardio, and see what that does. The idea is to rev up your metabolism

Welcome! I'm new to the app after being gone for awhile. I slipped and gained weight

don't eat back your exercise calories. You don't have to stay in your target that the app gives you. The app gives you slack and exagerates numbers. Use it just to track your own food and intake, and eat based on how you feel. I never eat what it tells me, but I always try and eat within the limits it sets for me.
