  • I found a few exercises just searching Wii... But it didn't have much. When my Wii tells me how many calories I've burned, I manually plug them in.
  • Totally made the mistake of trying to cook eggs with it once... Now, I only use it in baked goods. But generally speaking, I just have some in my morning coffee to get (and keep) me going until lunch. Being a teacher, lunch is sometimes at 3:00.

  • I am still logging it in my diary and staying under calorie. I know weight loss is a numbers game. I was just curious if it really sustains energy or if I'm seeing it through rose colored glasses.
  • I find that when I have it in the morning, about an hour before my run, I can go a lot longer than average. If I run in the afternoon I struggle to get a 5k in.   • Sugar free chocolate works for me. Also, when I need to pig out, I eat rice cakes with chocolate cream cheese. The calories aren't so bad. I've even eaten four of them in one sitting, and still stayed under calories for the day. I felt like I was being bad, and sometimes it feels good to be bad ;-)
