Yea Your right. I've been mainly eating better and watching what I eat, while trying to incorporate at least 20 mins of cardio and some weight training a day. Maybe I'm not burning enough calories because its been about 20 days and I don't notice anything different :/

I do both at that same time. I find that when people just do cardio first and don't build muscles, they tend to loose weight and look flabby. At least that's my experience. But everyone's body is different. Good luck on your journey :)

Omg I love this comment Lol. I totally feel you on this one. I just started my weight loss journey today for the billionth time and I've already cheated by drinking a beer :( but oh well. No matter how things go. We will see results as long as we are trying and putting forth effort.

Hey, fellow smoker here so I feel your pain... literally lol I've quit once for about 3 months, but started back because I was around my aunts who also smoke.
