Yesterday was tough for me. Went on an awesome all expense paid day trip to a preservation where they kept putting delicious healthy food (whole grain flax seed cracker things and hummus, sunrise energy bars, red bush berry tea, cuban crack coffee :awesome:, strawberry smoothies, banana cookie things like a cake (drool)...you get the point) in my face....and i still over did it. no ones fault but my own. I was a slug today but stayed under my calories at least! Tomorrow is a new day to get everything back on track. I find for me, that after a day, it is easier to focus on 1 task at a time to get back on track. Today was calories, tomorrow calories and exercise.
We can do it!!0 -

Omg I love this comment
Lol. I totally feel you on this one. I just started my weight loss journey today for the billionth time and I've already cheated by drinking a beer but oh well. No matter how things go. We will see results as long as we are trying and putting forth effort.0 -
