  • Thank you both. I've accepted the fact that I am incredibly stubborn and self defeating. I finally went to the gym when my 12 yo pushed me out the door saying "oh, just go!". Then it was a struggle to stay there. But, that opened the door to another gym session 2 days later. Feels good.
