I ate blueberries and strawberries. Squeezed lemon in my water. Ate a vegetable soup containing zucchini, cauliflower, pumpkin, mushrooms, and carrots for lunch. I find evening to be the worse time, eating-wise, too. I think at the end of the day, I'm unwinding and all the cravings hit. I try to eat lighter during the day and save some calories for snacking at night.

Wow! That's a lot!! How long did it take? I never count my lengths/laps when I swim. But I only swim leisurely and only about 30 minutes at a time.

I know how you feel. In 2015, I started MFP and tried to stay on track, but all I was doing was binging and then restricting so that I yoyoed up and down in weight.
