Dependinf on what you had in mind for a cheat day you could always figure your caleries for that meal and subtract a few caleries thruout thr week that way you dont go over the limit for thr week

Its a jillian michaels dvd. It has 3 levels on it. Each level is ment to be done for 10 days each. Each level gets a little bit harder.

Im on level 1 day 7. But since day 4 i have done level 1 took a short 15 min break and did level 2 as well. Am i doing to much of thr shred in onr day?
