I struggle with being active. It's so easy to sit on the computer all day or stay in. Particularly as a student it's easy to be holed up in the library all day. Study breaks are actually so much more refreshing when I take a walk around the quad!

It might affect you in that you might resent being hungry, if that makes sense?? The best diets don't feel like diets, but lifestyles, so if you feel consciously like your body is being neglected something it might make you not happy with the diet/weightloss.

Everyone's websites have had so many recipes I can't wait to try! See when I hear slow cooker, I think hm. It's going to cook something slowly. But crockpot always confused me because the only time I've heard it is if someone calls someone a crock of **** (as an insult) haha!

Agreed, I understand where Fatfreefrolicking is coming from above but I do know my triggers and my own body... I'm only letting myself weigh or measure once a week, and I'm finally focusing on the nutrients part rather than just the calories! Thanks for the add x
