That’s probably true! Everyone always talks about eating spoonfuls of peanut butter straight out of the jar, but I eat honey straight out of the jar like that. Raising bees would be dangerous for me.

That’s how I eat naturally, I have breakfast at 8am, and dinner at 3pm. I got fat eating that way, and I lost weight eating that way. You don’t lose weight just because you don’t eat for 16 hours, you still have to be aware of how much you are eating.

Tablespoon. One tablespoon of honey is 60 calories, not teaspoon. No honey I’ve ever seen has been 60 cal for only a teaspoon.

Every time I stop logging I gain weight, even when I’m watching my portions and think I’m eating the right amounts, so yeah, I’d rather log forever than gain weight. I find logging very easy, not stressful, and it only takes a few minutes.

I started gaining weight when I was 4, and I knew I was fat at that age. I have a hard time believing anyone doesn’t know that they’re fat, child or adult. My weight was brought up all the time by family members. I was put on a diet by 8 years old, and have pretty much been trying to lose weight ever since, and I’m almost…

That looks amazing! I love barley stew.

Tilapia is gross, but Basa is worse. Much, much worse. :s I stopped eating chocolate bars. I have no off switch when it comes to chocolate. And Fritos.
-
I’ve heard the same thing with eggs. People will buy brown eggs because they think they’re somehow healthier than white eggs.

For anyone in Canada who likes that fake banana flavouring, this cereal is great. Tastes just like if banana bread was made with artificial flavouring.

They released some special birthday cake flavoured froot loops this summer in Canada for Canada’s 150th, and they were pretty bland and not that great. I’m wondering if these cupcake flavoured ones will have the same taste. I was hoping for something more exciting!

I’ve been craving pizza so I’m having some tonight and I’m looking forward to it. Not going to be from Dominos, though.

One just opened 5 minutes from my house and my husband is very excited. I guess he ate there all the time when he lived in the Middle East.

I made homemade Caesar dressing once and ran out of lettuce before I ran out of dressing. I put the leftover dressing on some pasta, and it was amazing. I also love peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches, but I also add mustard. And sometimes cheddar.

I’m really sorry this happened to you. My husband has gastroparesis and has been hospitalized many times, I also do all of the cooking in our house so I know all about what he can and can’t eat. He eats pretty much the same thing every day, low fibre, low fat. White bread and white pasta. He can eat small amounts of…

I have a January birthday and went to elementary school in Canada and I was always the youngest in my class. I started in Jr. Kindergarten when I was 3 years old. I think February was the cutoff. I don’t remember my age having anything to do with what we had to do for the fitness test, but maybe I just remember wrong.

This for me as well. I was given one of those huge bags of peanut M&Ms from Costco and I ate the entire bag in the same day. I couldn’t stop eating them. I don’t buy them at all anymore.

Cilantro. It’s in so many foods that would be great to eat but it always completely ruins it for me.
-
Pfeffernusse, shortbread, and gingerbread have always been my favourite holiday cookies.
-
I hated them, I was a fat kid and sucked at running, but I remember being really proud of myself when I got the silver badge one year. It was the best I ever did.
-
Cranberry Almond Crunch is also really good! I used to love eating puffed wheat and puffed rice, but they aren’t filling and I could eat a huge mixing bowl full and still be hungry, so I don’t buy them anymore.
-
Post raisin Bran, corn flakes, Rice Krispies, Crispix, and froot loops are my favourites, but right now Cheerios has pumpkin spice and maple versions out that are pretty good so I’ve been eating those.
-
The only place I know in Canada to get a sausage biscuit is Tim Hortons, and I love them. All of these pictures look so much better, though!
-
I peel them and eat them raw or sometimes I steam them. They’re my favourite part of the broccoli.

I’m in Calgary and we get all of those flavours at stores here. I’ve also seen them at the superstore in Nanaimo so I’m sure they are available in Edmonton.
-
I think I also saw birthday cake ones there the other day but that might have been at Walmart.
-
I have those Pyrex containers and they’re great! I grew up with plastic containers and when I met my husband, his parents had the glass Pyrex ones, and I immediately went out and bought my own. It’s been over 10 years now and they’re still all in great shape. We use them every day.
-
That is awesome! My husband would never do that, lol!

I'm so jealous, this is the one I wanted but I don't have the money to get one! The one I have is grey and a cheaper version, and it's not even mine. Borrowed from a family member who never uses it. My husband eats about 10 hamburgers a week so I use it mostly to make dough for his hamburger buns.

Found the apple pie Oreos in Canada at Superstore and Walmart. I thought they were good but my husband hated them, and he loves apple pie.
