I clipped mine to my shoe for biking (both real and stationary) and it has worked well. I think it would be similar to an elliptical. Interesting about the sexual activity...

My concern with the hot tub would be the heat not the water. If you're just sitting in it, I'd take it off. There won't be any activity to record anyhow.

I agree this is very encouraging. I'm only three weeks in but it seems very easy to follow. I only buy what I should eat and that takes care of temptations.

I'm starting week four and it's been easier than I thought it would be. I went on a trip this past weekend so I staggered my Protein only days so I'd have all the veggie options while traveling. Made finding food much easier and my total weight change for the ween was still -1.4 lbs!

I just started this diet last Sunday. Getting through 6 days of the Attack phase was a little rough. I think I dreamed about broccoli. Meat and veggies are pretty much what I want to eat all the time so I'm not seeing a lot of issues coming up long term but there's no way to know. How have you all been since your last post?
