*Sigh* I think your missing the point but now were just highjacking this post. Last time I checked this was "intimidated at the gym" on myfitnesspal. If you want to talk about going berserker, balls out , hardcore at the gym let's take this over to the t nation forum and we can do that!

True, but you honestly don't think they give it a bit extra when a good looking girl is around? That's why I prefer to go to a gym, more people around makes you push just a bit harder than if you were at home. ....aside from that I was attempting to help her out with her intimidation issues at the gym!

Well, first things first. You need to gain some momentum. Start by setting very small goals and gradually increase the size of your goals until weight is just melting off.

Alright guys, were only 1/4 through the year. Let's make 2015 the year we crushed it. Anyone need someone to motivate them let me know and seriously get on my case if I screw up my goal as well. Shooting for fat 50g, carbs 245, and protein 210.

Just know that most of the dudes are pouring it on and trying to look intimidating as possible to try and impress you more than likely. Just laugh it off in your mind and continue on. Remember they're more afraid of you than you are of them lol ;)

Yeah sometimes it sucks trying to make time. For the days where you have no time try a tabata workout. Should take you 4 minutes and whoop your butt!
