AWESOME!!! I managed to get down to 126 and maintained it for 7 years!!! Gradually increased to 149 over the last 2 years!!! 23lbs GUTTED!!! However, feeling motivated at the moment!!! Would be happy if I managed to get down to 133!!! :D :D :D
