Also, keep in mind your settings with MFP. It already counts in some activity. Now if you were to all of a sudden do 20K steps in one day, instead of a normal 4K - 8K, then sure you could eat some back. Normally I stick to my macros, unless I have a longer than usual heavy lifting day. Then I may take in an extra 200 - 300…

Are you training for something? Or just trying to get stronger and look better? You could add to your profile to gain 0.5 lbs / week, start taking 5g creating every day and hit the weights hard. As long as your nutrition is tracked well, you are getting 1g protein / lean body weight, you will start bulking up and hardly…

I make this all the time, although I wouldn't call it creamy. Chicken Soup I use my instant pot Saute about 2 lbs of cutup boneless chicken breasts or thighs, then add in a cutup onion and saute a few more minutes. Add in some cutup garlic, or minced garlic, saute another minute. Then I add salt and pepper, and about 32 oz…

I had 3 really ripe bananas, and made this last night. Mixed all of this together, and put it in a baking dish and baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Sliced into 12 bars, turned out great. 8 Ingredients Pure Vanilla Extract 8 g (1 tsp) Pure Vanilla Extract Mccormick's calories 0 Total Fat 0 Total Carbs 0 Protein 0 Stevia Natural…

I made corned beef and cabbage last night, that is an easy go to recipe. I also made Rice for the first time a few days ago, super easy, and turned out great.

Are you tracking your calories and macros in myfitnesspal? Have you entered all your information correctly. Are you measuring your food, and eating enough calories each day? Are you getting enough protein every day?

You can try doing what I'm doing. Set all your goals in MFP, set it to gain 0.5 lbs per week. I have protein set at 40%, Fat 35%, Carbs 25%. The reason i have protein at 40%, is so I can hit 1G Protein per lb of body weight. Eat Beef, Chicken, Tuna, Fish, Bison, Protein Powder, and more. Make sure you give yourself plenty…

I always use 1TBSP of Olive Oil with 3TBSP Balsamic vinegar

Personally getting 10000 steps doesn't mean a whole lot. There have been studies out there that people just getting 4000 steps and walking faster to get there heart rate up, actually did more than people just walking normal doing 10000 steps.

Wake up 20 minutes earlier, then you are fine :)

One of the easiest things I make is Corned Beef and Cabbage. Put Corned Beef in, cover with Broth, cook for 85 minutes, pull it out, put cabbage in for another 5 minutes. I also made Soup yesterday. Just did a bunch of veggies, added chicken broth, salt and pepper, and cut up about 2 lbs of chicken. I saute the onions,…

Personally this is what I do. For example, today is a rest day for me, so I just eat the recommended amount, and try and hit my macros. Other days when I do heavy lifting, I usually eat around an additional 200 - 300 calories. I have my settings to lose 0.5lbs / week. Depends on what you are trying to do.
-
Generally I chop up an onion and keep it in a closed container in the fridge over days, and pull out what I need. I also buy chopped garlic in a jar, so I can just pull a quick spoonful out. There are easy ways to speed all of this up :)

Personally, if I were you, I would start lifting weights or do some HIT classes. Doing the same cardio over and over again will many times stall out on you. I see a lady in my gym doing cardio for 2 hours every single day, it's crazy.

Maybe they told you to do that to quit damaging it more, just saying. As far as the Liver healing itself, I have no idea. I'm starting to wonder if they were talking about the Kidneys.
-
Here is what he said about the Liver. Once you do any damage to it, it does NOT repair itself, so over time it could be bad. Just repeating what he said, not that I agree with it. He just mentioned taking creating works the liver more, I have no idea why personally. He said the same about sodium. I get that a lot of family…
-
I have already watched that video and posted it before. I get it. However, he just mentioned your liver works a little harder when taking creatine and when taking in extra sodium. Not necessarily that it hurts you, but puts a little more stress on your Liver. That is all I'm asking about, if anyone agrees with that. I'm…

It really depends on if you are trying to hit macros too. For example, if you are trying to get in 250 g protein per day, 2 - 3 meals would be very difficult. If you are just trying to get 100g protein, then you get get away with 2 - x meals.
-
What is your current intake of carbs? You may want to shoot for under 100g for a week or two, then under 75g after that, and then whatever you want after that. Just a thought.

I hop on the treadmill at a decent speed of walking for 10 minutes, then I hit weights. It doesn't tire me out at all, but does warm up the body and get your heart rate up a little. Also, can you tell what your settings are at?? I'm at 0.5 lb loss per week, and I have built some muscle and lost a little bit of weight.
-
For me I started hitting the Gym again back in December. 135 on the bench felt a little heavy to me which was funny. Last Friday, I hit 275 on the bench, that is my current PR, since I was in my 20's. I think around 335 in my Deadlift PR, but I haven't tried a PR in that in awhile.

I don't do Sumo, so I guess that is the difference. I make sure the bar is close to my body the whole way up, so the bar always hits my shins. I'm going to try some longer socks next time, need to let my shins heal a little.
-
Confused by your comment? I do work from home, so while working, I'll have youtube videos running on another display. Not sure what your comment meant.
-
I love deadlifts as well, but skipped them today on leg day. I have ripped the crap out of my shins doing them, I really need to buy some deadlift socks to protect them. End of last week I was doing them, and ripped my skin open again.
-
Just curious, have you tried Goblet Squats? How about light hack squats on a machine? Do leg extensions and curls hurt?
-
OMG, how did I forget BACON!!! :) Also, beef or turkey sticks, beef or turkey jerkey.

I'm not on Keto, but have seen tons of people talking about it for a long time. Steak, Beef, Turkey, Fish, Shrimp, Eggs, etc.
