Unfortunately I had to find subs for sweets. I'm addicted to food and eating only one piece of something is almost impossible for me. But with healthy substitutes I can eat more without all the calories.

I'm 21, just started MFP 5days ago! I'm 5" exact so unfortunately 2 extra pounds shows! I started at 175& am just getting started :D

The only problems I have is the fact that I have a really weird work schedule, plus I live in the country so the nearest gym is at least 30 minutes away... I'm trying to do at home stuff but when I'm home all I can think about is the million other things that need to be done.

I really need support when it comes to exercise. I can eat right all day, but my cravings are really hard to control. I used to binge eat a lot but for the most part it's getting better. My worst habit is not exercising.
