Count me in! I just started this month and I lost 7lbs by just mainting my calorie intake and cardio workouts, nextmonth my goal is to do more strength training and aiming for atleast 8lbs! my height is 5'2, 140lbs when i started and now im on 133lbs. Lets do this!!
