Im currently on Diet Whey double choc, 57g of powder and 100ml of semi skimmed milk then topped up with water as a lunch replacement. I get free lunch at work and I keep helping myself to free chips so im going withe idea of out of sight out of mind.

Ive started using My Protien Diet Whey as a lunch replacement, my work does free lunches and the temptation to eat as much free chips/pasta i want if a bit bad. so I figure doing this will help me be good. Out of sight,out of mint.

I dont do this but I would suggest baby wipes maybe? thats what you use for a shower when going to music festivals when you camp for like 4 days.

been using mine to hit my fitbit steps, even the mrs has downloaded it! i was a kid when pokemon started so i can pull off the 26y/o playing it :D

I look at some of the old shirts I have and would love to wear them again. I also wouldn't mind to do some comic cosplay like deadpool or Punisher and do to them, i need to shift some major weight. One thing that is really helping me at the moment too is my log streak which is on 41 days. longest ive ever done :)

i do compliment her when i get the chance and yes i do find her attractive. we are only in our late 20's she also mentioned she would want to loose weight before we look to have kids, he is a fair bit heavier than me, i dont wanna announce her weight but i think bmi scale its morbid.

thanks for the replies guys, does help. I have suggested a number of times about different things to help but nothing sticks. I get the eye rolls when i log all the time lol, just have to keep at it :/

I weigh myself before breakfast everyday, give or take a few days. I also jump on them 3 times in a row and take the average reading. I only properly log every 4 weeks though as the daily ones are to make sure im on the right path.

I tend to go for a 30 min walk outside, I live in Sheffield so plenty of hills to get your heart rate up,

anyone suddenly having issues where your calorie burn is no longer deducting from MFP ? Ive reinstalled MFP and didnt fix it, gonna try Fitbit too.

Fitbit charge hr works for me, needs recharging evrry 3 days which id a pain but they are alot cheaper now

I do it, wake up at 5:45 and hav a coffee and small bowl of porridge, then at the gym for 7. Work 9-5 and hav the rest of the evening, Gym is super quiet and I feel charged for the day ahead

I used to have to have 4 sugars and loads of milk in mine, beats the point i know. after slowly reducing the spoon fulls I have no sugar now, cant even have one. Try switching from half and half to semi skimmed milk, then try reducing to skimmed. My coffee is only about 20 odd cals now. why dont you try treating yourself…

certainly does help with the loss. I got mine about 9 months ago, started loosing again in January and currently down a stone :) Its nice to know how much extra you can eat with it matched. feel free to add me if you want.
