I prefer to run on my own - great to clear my head but I enjoy walking with friends. I would prefer to go do any activities with friends. Just lacking confidence to go to the pool I guess.

Thanks everyone! All great ideas. I will have a look at what fitness DVD's are out there. I recently did a 39 mile cycle for a charity and I don't know if I will ever ride a bike again :wink:
