You can use daiya for cheese as it's vegan, but I like tomato sauce, caramelized onions and sauteed garlic on my pizza if I am doing cheeseless.

To get to 159 lbs. For my height, that's no longer overweight in terms of bmi.
-
That's so sad! Did she have undiagnosed heart failure?
-
I ate 3 slices of pizza and an order of pizza hut breadsticks, lol. And this was on top of the other food I ate yesterday. Thankfully I did more exercise to counter balance it, otherwise I would have been 400 cals over for the day.
-
IDK, I ate 2,000 calories and def felt stuffed [before exercising]. Like....Thankgiving Day stuffed.
-
Have you tried changing the scale batteries? sometimes that will screw up readings.
-
5'7", 164 lbs, size 10. I have a small frame though.

Seriously. it's like saying what weighs more, a pound of feathers or a pound of bricks? a pound is a pound. a calorie is a calorie. 1200 calories of junk is the same as 1200 calories of clean food in terms of weight loss only. [how you feel and how your blood sugar responds is something entirely different]
-
You can eat junk food and still lose weight.

One liter of gatorade is 450 grams of salt. 3 liters is 1,350 mg of sodium. Not too bad I suppose. But...3 liters of lemon lime [random flavor] is 4,040 calories. so it's actually quite calorific if you drink nothing but those all day. Not saying that's how much the OP drank. We have no idea. Just pointing out the gatorade…

I lost 3 lbs the first week, nada the second week. Don't get discouraged, just keep going. You will sometimes stall or gain instead of lose, but weight loss isn't linear.
-
Either your scale is broken, or youve retained a hell of a lot of salt. Maybe try to have a little less salt and see if that's the culprit. As someone else said, Gatorade has a lot of sodium in it.
-
No. Sodium is an electrolyte and it is necessary. No sodium is bad, just as is too much. Most people can stick to 2,000 mg fine. 1500 mg or so if you have high blood pressure. An extremely low/no sodium diet can cause heart and kidney failure long term. Unless you're on dialysis or already have heart failure and are under…

well, weight loss isn't linear. I stayed within my alloted calories this week and lost nothing from last week. Am I discouraged? heck no because I did do a lot of working out yesterday and I went over my sodium yesterday too. Give it more time. Like, several weeks.

My son is almost 2 and I havent lost the weight yet, but that's down to me not couting calories properly and giving up on myself several times.
-
I eat mine plain. I dislike any add ins, to be honest.

Depends on the person. I've used Alli and I've eaten more fat than I should in a meal. I mean, a lot more fat. And nothing happened except some extra orange in the toilet. Never had leaking or anything, I just stopped it because I knew it wouldn't be sustainable long term to take every day.
-
Ahhh, I have that too. AVNRT, right? my doc told me that he couldnt ablate much because then I'd need a pacemaker forever. I had it done in November but I still get SVT. I have other problems though.
-
I like LC but they're expensive where I am [2 for $9], so I only get them when they're on sale :/

Honestly, once you have cellulite, it's hard to get rid of. It's fat that is pushed against connective tissue, causing the dimpling. Lowering body fat will help but in the end, there's not much you can do. Maybe if you have money you can get laser treatment, most people can't afford it.

Because it's usually a life or death matter, so the dr makes someone lose a certain amount of weight for surgery for that it's safer. Usually people are able to stick with the plan short term because it's motivating for them enough to do the surgery. I've never had WLS but it's supposed to be a last ditch effort when…

For me, it's about being the best version of me that I can be. I was normal weight before pregnancy, I was 135 when I first started out. Gained about 25 lbs which is average and just...never lost the weight. I miss how I was pre-pregnancy and want to get back down that size. And I have heart and blood pressure problems so…

Since serve frozen meals like Lean Cuisine, I don't weigh. But for frozen pizzas, I def. do because it's meant to be multiple servings.
-
Yup. I ate a lot today and thought I had cheated. logged all the food and it's basically maintnance level which is pretty good.
-
Stupid question. I've never had weight loss surgery, but is 1200 really maintanance? Let's say someone is 5'4" [average height for a woman, more or less] and 140 lbs and active. 1200 cals seems really low. I know once you have wls, the stomach is teeny tiny so you can't eat a lot at once, but surely CICO still applies. I…

KFC, Popeyes, etc. Fried meat smells so nasty to me.
-
Doesn't matter about the meal calories for me, as long as it all adds up to 1200-1300. I plan on eating 900 cals in one meal because I want to go to Sonic on Friday, so I'll eat 200 cals at breakfast and lunch to compensate. Today for lunch, I had pizza and that was almost 700 cals.
-
Oh, that does sound low :/
-
Strangely, carbs actually are satiating for me AND they really help me have more energy. Strange I know, because most people say carbs make them feel sluggish. But to each their own.
-
Yeah, I weigh everything now. Including bread, tortillas, etc. I don't buy that pizza anymore, it's like $6 a pop and super inaccurate with the labeling so why bother? At Aldi I can get a 2 lb pizza for $5.
