  • Thank you everyone for the advice!! It's very weird logging dinner at breakfast and then feeling like since I'm still eating while I'm awake after midnight it should be one day! I think I will change the diary labels and that should help a lot!! Thank you!!
  • Thanks Ladies!! I have been logging midnight to midnight but my husband logs from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed. As far as working out, I have been working out before work cause I tend to wake up earlier. But I would assume either!!

  • Thank you!! I have been working out about 4 times a week but not to the extent I have been the last few weeks, but that make perfect sense.   • Thanks guys I do have a food scale and also double check that my entries are right most the time I use the bar code. I may have jumped the gun on being discouraged. I have been on my journey since March 1st and every week have had loses so going this long without any change has been tough. Thanks again for advice!!

  • Thanks everyone for the advice!! While I haven't been doing my regular routine, I have maintained a caloric intake of between 1100 and 1400 a day. Just hadn't ever ran into a gain (unless it was around my period), I figured it may have been water retention and will def weigh myself in a few days and see if it's changed :)
