Yeah, maybe it's time for a change, I also measure good by volume because my scale requires a minimum weight of 2lbs,I used to be lactose intolerant, trying to keep my dairy under control but I'll try full l fat dairy

Yeah, that comes from my Chinese culture :P one problem.... I just sweet my goal weight loss to half a pound and now I have to eat even more calories....

Yeah, I realize that 2lbs a week is way out of my league, at most I lose a pound a week, that goal was from my previous weight loss, I'm pretty happy with my weight, however every ten pounds I lost it automatically updated my goals and it kept getting set at 2lbs a week, I wasn't getting that so I got confused

I'm averaging 1200 calories, the problem isn't reaching 1200 calories, it's doing 1200c calories without feeling super full. Height=5ft2in weight=113 and the rate is at 2lbs a week lost

This is my favorite, you managed to list every single food that fills me up XD I ate about a half cup of lentils with salsa and I was full, a cup off oatmeal (1/3 cup oats+2/3 cup water) and I was full, half an avocado and I'm good, I think we have something going on between the 2 of us ;)

I'd say about 1100-1200 net calories if you workout, or 1000-1100 net calories if you don't, but exercising with a diet makes a HUGE difference! Hope I helped and good luck at prom
