Oh I just set it at 1200 so that the negative sign scares me off :P and yes I am quite short, just short of 5 ft 1 or 154-155cm
-
nope, it was another post, which I better not give any info about or else I'll be 'warned' again
-
sorry, I recently got a warning from MFP for a post, I wanted to be safe by warning people about things that they may or may not be comfortable with. I did not intend to imply that periods should be all 'hush hush'.
-
Ok, I am definitely convinced, do NOT want to hurt my future kids because of my health.
-
I have now dropped to 111.2 lbs
-
I am at the 49th percentile at the moment, which is about a BMI of 20ish
-
I know very little about water weight, I know it's associated with bloating, don't know what that is either
-
There is a YouTube video which has all levels combined into one video, about 2 hours total. It's not high definition, but 360 for me is OK.
-
I did level one, I did most of the moves in the modified version. (the sumo squat hops, I couldn't even do them modified)
-
OMG thank you!!!:) my thighs are quivering this is exactly what I needed!
-
Can you please elaborate on inhaling food????? I've never heard of this. Is this a new diet or trend? Or is this a drug thing? *curiosity*
-
Thanks :), I was kind of at a lost of what to do once I hit my goal about more than a month ago. To keep me from gaining the weight I pushed back my goal.
-
I am not an expert on this diet but I can give you slight more details about the breakfast. And it is supposed to be smaller and more carb focused compared to our encouraged big breakfast with fats, carbs and protein. Breakfast can include: croissant cereal pain au chocolat yogurt fruit (not too much) bread/toast with jam…

Well this is what this diet is known as, so I put the diet name as the title. If it's actually related to the cultural French diet is to be debated. I can't confirm or have an opinion on whether this diet is actually the diet of actual French people, it's just what I found to be the title of the diet
-
I see how the title can be misleading. But this type of diet is known as being the 'french diet', you can search it up. I thought that if I put that title in people would relate to the french diet diet that's been slowly going around.

If you can sugar coat it, you can eat it XD (kind of, I still hate noodles though and the rice has to be a certain texture, long and not too moist or dry)
-
Well kind of , but not as extreme as people say. I think our drink sizes are catching up but I think our main difference is our dish size. You'd have to go to a more fancy or big restaurant to find an American sized dish. I've seen pictures of american dish sizes and depending where you go in Canada it will be half, two…

We go to a variety of areas, but mostly new York state. Our next trip is Chicago, after that it's off to Japan, hong Kong and Taiwan
-
I'm a hong Kong Chinese Canadian
-
Ha! try using egg white so that the first will blend in with the color, except their eyes will show  I feel the same way about shrimp though, not my cup of tea, high in protein but it creeps me out :P
-
Really? I thought study hunger was common, and I found that a good amount of mfp users have the 1200 calorie goal problem, I'll ask when I go to my check up soon
-
when i gained the 30 lbs it was mostly due to academic stress, i'd snack like crazy because you know, studying raises the amount of glucose your body wants etc. but the thing was i managed the study hunger and that was mostly when i could lose the weight. But cookies as you guys suggested really helped!

Silver fish really do exist and you should find them in a good Asian market. Here's a recipe I found http://panlasangpinoy.com/2010/08/18/tortang-dulong-fish-omelet-recipe/ It's a recipe you can make your own, there are several variations of the silver fish omelette you can find online, I looked at the bug silverfish and I…
-
Here are some more pictures since you seem to be interested I just found out It's called a silver fish omlette in english :P who would've known?
-
don't worry, it's basically tasteless, if you look at the protein content in the fish from my diary it's very high. That mixed with egg whites makes it a protein powerhouse
-
*DIARY CORRECTION* sorry, i misread the food, it's actually baby silverfish, ill show you a picture You basically add that to a pie pan with egg/eggwhite and optional green onions, it's traditional for my area of China (hong kong) but not too popular i guess
-
It's a traditional recipe, you put egg whites (or eggs) in a pie pan with baby fish in it, done people add green onions
-
Oh yeah, for all of you guys who suggested cookies.... THANK YOU, went to subway and got my favorite cookie, 1 cookie=200 calories :)

It wasn't just feeling full, it was look me feeling I ate a buffet every time I ate something. I don't mind helping full, but feeling super full every meal just made me not want to eat but I had to fill my calories requirements
