  • I just got an Alta HR Fitbit yesterday and find that it's telling me that I'm burning, for instance right now it says 801 calories for the day so far! I wouldn't imagine I'd want to put a number like that in my exercise calories for the day, though? What numbers do you go by to add exercise calories to your day (I don't…

  • Not sure what you mean ...? Are you saying I won't lose weight using a bike? Not the case; by cutting calories and biking I'm down almost 10 pounds. I just don't want to log burning more calories than I really did :)
