OOOOH! I want to see that! It looks awesome! Was it as awesome as the previews! Abd it is a given that it would kick Snow White's butt! That movie had *gagh* Kirsten in it.... LOL There's a pic going around facebook of Rob's face on Taylor's body..... It is quite yummy..... That is all..... (edited for typo)

Agreed.

I think they should do away with the selective service all together. I don't care if a woman wants to fight on the front lines. I think she should be allowed to if she wants to, but I for one NEVER want to be a soldier and the selective service (if they were to make women sign up) would take away my free will to not fight.…

Absolutely! It also ticks me off when mothers bring their sons into the women's locker room when there are Family rooms for that. I'm not talking little 2 year olds, I'm talking 5 year olds. Take them to the Family Room!

Accepted!

A week is no where near enough time to see results. Have patience. Also when starting a new workout routine, mucles will retain more water. It's normal.

This is the key. You aren't eating enough. Run through the calculation on the following thread http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/804485-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I'm so sorry for your loss. :-( (((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))) Your co-workers... Well, I can't think of anything nice to say about them. :-(

Try some cocoa roasted almonds (chop them up) and some coconut. Makes a delicious "Almond Joy" oatmeal. Or apple butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, any type of jelly or jam.

3 HOURS of commuting each day! Kill me now! I'd recommend a morning workout... Maybe a 20min walk or a workout video (the 30 Day Shred is 20-25 minutes). And maybe some crunches/biceps curls or something while watching tv in the evening? I do 20ish minutes on the treadmill each morning before work and do a weight routine…

Gastric Bypass patients have a history of losing the weight on the restricted diet and then ballooning back up when they go back to eating normally. The Lapband, reduces the size of the stomach, but encourages the patient to eat MORE SMALLER MEALS... They should be eating an appropriate number of calories to lose weight…

Are you on any supplements? A B-Complex perhaps? All of those symptoms can be attributed to too much vitamin B (various ones causing the various symptoms). I started taking a B-Complex a few weeks ago and then all of a sudden I felt like I was possessed. Like flipping out over the stupiest things. By flipping out I mean…

You are to eat your exercise calories back. The deficit is already built into MFP's calculation. The man lost 118pounds, pretty sure he knows what he is talking about.
-
THIS TOO!!!! Definitely eat more! check out the "In Place of a Roadmap" thread.

Agreed that two weeks isn't long enough to tell if you have really stalled...especially as a woman ;-) my weight-loss follows a pattern, I drop a LOT the weigh-in after TOM, then a little the next week, the UP the next two weeks, Repeat. So it is trending down, but 2 out of 4 weeks I see a slight increase.

Yeah, second poster, I totally thought while starting to read your comment that you were being sarcastic about logging nose-picking calories if you picked your nose for an hour or more...... It was quite entertaining LOL

This! I'm only able to clean-clean (like scrubbing the bathrooms and the floors and all that kind of clean) on Saturdays. When I'm doing serious cleaning and know I won't be able to get a workout in because we have other plans, I wear my HRM and I *gasp* log it, because you know what, it IS exercise! Did the peeps out on…

Agreed the gluten is probably not the issue. I just learned that instant rices aren't always gluten free (hubby has celiac's) and thought it is an important tidbit for any other suffers out there who might be wondering why they are still having issues when they are eating "rice." Eating long term below your BMR will cause…
-
Just an FYI, some "instant rices" aren't gluten free because the "polishing agent" contains gluten. Go with long grain brown rice - the REAL stuff and you'll be safe.

A woman who is 5'4".... Ideal Weight Range: 107.8 - 145.7 lbs You are NOT overweight at this point. You should not be eating less than 1407 per day as that is your BMR - the number of calories your body would need to sustain itself in a coma state.

Every body responds differently, but when I had plateaued for 4MONTHS, I finally started tracking sugar and it got me off my plateau. Of course, then I got pregnant, had milkshakes every day, gained 15 pounds, lost the baby, lived in depression 6 more months, gained back 10 more pounds before FINALLY starting to lose…

Sometimes people really do love their spouse and have a great life.... Just sayin'

I would suck it up and let it go unless you really want to lose her as a friend.

Would have been better if he was the one eating the cookies on the bike! LOL

Always use two hands.

Yep, you are starving your body. You might not be feeling hunger pangs, but the result is the same. You are slowly killing your metabolism this way.
