This! Make a menu that corresponds with what is on sale at the grocery store and shop weekly. Only buy what is on the list. Sorry, but foodstamps are a sore subject for me because I would LOVE to be able to spend as much as people on foodstamps do for food each week, but I can't do that and still pay my bills.

I only get this message is I eat less than 1200 calories. NOT NET calories. If I eat 1200 and burn 300 (net 900 calories) I do NOT get this message.

We alternate holidays. Thanksgiving my side, Christmas his side. We did the both places same day before though too. PA doesn't have the weight on them... Thank GOD! I think it is silly to have the weight on at all with the way weight changes so easily.

Cut out the processed foods. I switched from instant oatmeal packets to old fashioned oats and saved a boatload of sodium. Also, drink lots of water to combat the sodium water retention.

Good idea! I've made these without adding the water and got 18 muffins (120cals a piece). They were NOT "big" muffins eaither. They were the size of a normal cupcake. :-\

Yep, wrong girls. My hubby was 6'2" 350ish when I met him. He was the sexiest man alive then and still is at 85pounds lighter. (I'm the one who has put on a few LOL)

Agreed... Strength Training is important, but it does not burn as many calories as cardio. Things like The 30 Day Shred give awesome burns because they are a combo cardio/strength.
