Food. Because let's be honest, you can't live without food, but technically you could live without sex ... and I make food so good it's often better than sex. (Hence why the fatty (me) is on a fitness app to lose weight, haha)

Hi there! I've done weight watchers in the past too, and I find MFP to be easier and more convenient. An important thing to remember is that you should be eating at least 1200 calories a day, less than that and your body will start storing fat instead of burning it. Which could be a problem when you have so many left…
