You can definitely do that, especially with all that walking you are doing! The best way to run without stopping is to make sure your body is warmed up, and PACE YOURSELF. I do mix up my exercise routine. I feel like my exercise routine is pretty good (I'm goo go start logging it here as well). I'm sure there are better ways to mix it up though. I've used MFP before, but I never reached out to get support/help motivate others. I think it will help me stick to this a lot better.

I need support too! I lose motivation very easily. I can exercise, but eating is what gets me. Health conditions can always create obstacles.
