Corn tortillas are typically around 50 calories each - cut, bake. Salsa is also pretty low calorie at around 15-20 calories per 30g or so.

I cook, portion and freeze. Soups, stews, chilis, curries, some stir fries, stuffed peppers, sauces, meatballs, muffin tin recipes, burger and sausage patties, and things like cauliflower rice.

I usually only buy baby spinach. If cooked I prefer it in omelettes, soups, curries, not as just a side of cooked spinach. I typically eat it raw as salad - just baby spinach, though.

Load your own recipes in the recipe builder when you make them, and you should be good. The generic entries aren't accurate because of variations on the same recipes.

You can do exactly the above - set the total grams as total servings or you can divide your total grams into the number of servings you want and make a notation that they're 6 (250g) servings, for example.
