What I meant by financial reasons is I used to work out at a gym 4-5x a week, due to not having a job or any source of income for the time being I will not be able to do that anymore. I still do the whole calisthenic, HIIT, blah blah but that doesn't fall under working out in my books.

A few weeks and I've been losing 2.5-3 pounds a week, but I think a lot about food and usually hop in the shower instead of eating to get my mind off it. Guess I'll be upping it to 2280 and see how that goes

What kind of life would fall under lightly active? And what would be the difference between that and just active?
