I'm currently unable to workout due to a sprained wrist and was wondering if HIIT was enough to raise my activity level to at least lightly active? Okay, so I'm going to recalculate my TDEE but I was wondering what to put for the activity level considering I have basketball first period, I lift weights for 30-40 minutes 5th period, and I walk home for an hour after school. Would that be lightly active or active?
