I do not eat my active calories. Unless they are quite high and I know I've burned a lot. Then I might eat a few.

My inner thighs chafe when I walk if I'm wearing shorts or a bathing suit and I'm up in weight. Non- issue for skinny Sarah.

I'm not a fan of the deli meat but sometimes it helps me get my protein.

I've had the UP24, UP2 & UP3 wristbands. I found them to be very motivating at first and then it lost it's luster. I'm thinking about wearing it again. Maybe it would be quite useful if I had buddies to encourage and compete with.

I'm not really a noob... I've been on here off and on over a year now. But I could really use an accountability buddy so that I can stick with it and find balance to maintain a healthy lifestyle instead of counting calories til I'm dead.
