I’ve been doing the 16:8 for 2 months now. My biggest tip is don’t use IF as an excuse to eat whatever you want because otherwise you won’t reap the benefits of weight loss, etc. Add me :)

Ok. Thanks for your guys tips. I wont be taking those carb blockers after all because after my first use, I didnt feel so good at all. Secondly I do have logging issues, sometimes I forget to log everything and sometimes I dont log accurately. Im new here and still learning.

Ok I get it guys haha. But I barely eat carbs everyday. I would just take it after having pizza or pasta.

Im sick too now ughh. Just lots of rest, water, eat healthy probiotic foods, some yoga and stretching, no heavy exercises for me or else Ill feel really woozy! Oh and get well soon!

Very true! So you can't say it's a myth when it can work for others and for some it may not! I don't eat after 6 and it just always worked for me also because I have digestive issues so it's very helpful!

I totally agree. I am also small framed and I consider 5'3 to be pretty average right? Others always notice and compliment even when there is a 5lbs weight loss difference on my hour glass shaped body but I guess I am just so used to seeing myself in the mirror every day that I just don't notice the difference myself!

I logged over 1,200 today. I forgot to include my dinner though so its probably way more now. I'm eating 1,200 to lose.... Thats what was recommended to me!
