+1 I double this recipe and always have some in the freezer. The last two times I made it I used ground turkey, and we liked it better! We always top each serving with a dash of hot sauce, too.

We make this frittata every Sunday, then you just grab a slice and microwave for 1 minute. You can put whatever veggies you like in there! We've been making it with spinach instead of broccoli, and chopping up Canadian bacon instead of regular ham. So good.…

Chocomole! 4 ripe avocados 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/3 cup agave nectar 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Blend all in a blender or food processor until smooth. Amazing!
