Lentil recipes anyone?

I love lentils! You can find so many great recipes on Pinterest. Some I have tried and liked so far are lentil stew, soup, fried patties, and "meatballs".

Thanks Everyone for your ideas! I just made this soup tonight. Was and smelled delish. Only thing different I did was use a lentil soup mix then pureed half the soup and poured it back in.

Red lentils are great for soup == it takes advantage of their tendency to disintegrate. Ginger is great with red lentils. Google 'red lentil ginger soup' and you'll find lots of likely recipes.
