I finished level 1 day 5 but it has taken 7 days because I didn't work out on the weekend. Is everyone going straight thru or skipping days? I also find I am a lot more hungry than usual but don't want to eat too much. So frustrating!

I concur. I am at level 1 day 3 and I already feel great. I am very sore and the round 3 side lunges shoulder raises always kill me, but for a 20 kin workout I just suck it up. :wink:

Starting today! DVD just arrived. My starting measurements...150.4 lbs, 36 bust, 31 waist, 39 hips. Day 1 30-day shred. Finished workout one!!!
